Before You Visit

We look forward to meeting you in person. Here are a few things to keep in mind before you visit our office.

Before making an appointment, we ask that you fill out our questionnaire. This helps us understand your matter more clearly so your initial consultation is as informative as possible.

Once you fill out the questionnaire, we'll reach out to you to schedule your initial intake appointment. This meeting always comes at no cost to you, and is your opportunity to get to know us better before making a decision.

Reviewing existing legal documents is essential to making sure that your estate plan conforms to your needs and wishes. If you have any of the following, please make copies available for our review before you come to our meeting:

  • Existing estate planning documents: wills, codicils, trust, etc..

  •  Powers of Appointment that you may hold

  •  Marriage and Divorce Agreements: pre- and post-nuptial, or divorce agreements

  •  Deeds to real property that you own

Other documents may be requested at a later date, such as:

  •  Federal gift tax returns

  •  Trust agreements to which one of you may be a beneficiary

  •  Bank and investment statements, etc…

When you arrive, please knock. We keep the door locked as we often have our dogs with us, but we'll happily let you in once we've put them back in their office.

We look forward to meeting you!
